Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, packed and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, packed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return
We hope you are satisfied with your order and your purchase. However, if you wish to return your order, you may do so within 30 days of receipt.
Please do not destroy or throw away any product, even if you suspect it is defective, before speaking with our customer service department. Failure to do so may affect any refund or replacement to which you may be entitled.
The return policy for in-store purchases is 14 days.
If you receive a product that was damaged upon delivery or appears to be defective, please contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance with a return or exchange.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want you to be able to return it easily. Please note that the item must be in sealed condition in order to return it. and you can contact us by phone or email to coordinate pickup.
The products you purchased online can only be returned or exchanged with prior notice.
We ask that you include your invoice or order confirmation with the return or exchange so that we can index it immediately. (which you have received by e-mail or which you can download from your online account). A representative will assist you in processing the return or exchange.
To request a return or exchange, please email us at info@namosparfums.com with the details of the order(s) you wish to return. We will arrange this and send you a confirmation email.
Exchange
Once our team has received and reviewed your returned items to ensure that the exchange policy is met, we will send you an email confirming the approval or denial of your exchange request.
We cannot return a product if it has been personalized in any way. If the product is returned in a condition that is not fully resalable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange of the item.
If approved, your exchanged item(s) will be processed and shipped to you.
In the event of a denial, we will return the item(s) to you along with an email detailing the reason for the denial.
Refund
Once our team has received and reviewed your returned item(s) to ensure that the refund policy is met, you will receive an email from us confirming the approval or rejection of your request.
Credit card refunds will be credited back to your credit card account within 7-14 business days of approval.

**Please note that we only issue credits for cash on delivery orders.
In the event of a rejection, we will return the item(s) to you along with an email detailing the reason for the rejection.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
